| Currently in the limbo between A levels and university known to many as 'the gap year' I'm on a perpetual hunt for cash to support the rather expensive living costs of Canterbury, where I'll be studying English and American Literature next year. I don't think I need to tell you that reading is a great hobby of mine, along with the collection of very nice copies of all my favourite books. I am also a pixel artist (strange combination, I know) and have been creating pieces on and off for quite some time. Unfortunately since pixel art is so time consuming my gallery will probably lean more towards poetry, despite the two receiving pretty much equal attention from me. Aside from the above I am a keen HiFi and AV enthusiast, an avid film viewer, a whiskey, spirits and cocktail lover, an obsessive Pokemon fan and a complete Lord of the Rings fanatic who professes to knowing the history of Middle Earth a lot better than most. If I could be anything in life I would want to be a pirate ranger Pokemon trainer (you heard it). I would listen to Alestorm all day and have many a merry jig, hang out with my Munchlax and occasionally wander the beauty and wilderness of Middle Earth while avoiding all irritating hobbits as best I can. I'd like to spend my life with literature, as a student, a teacher or an artist. I'd love a big house in the country, with a well stocked library and a wealth of AV equipment. |

I use Photoshop CS for my pixel art, but you can use any program - all you need is a pencil tool.
If you haven't got Photoshop the best alternative is GIMP, which is free and has all the features of Photoshop (like using layers and transparency and stuff) which makes pixelling easier.
